• This is a Module Only: You MUST purchase a compatible Trinity Yoke and a Trinity Cover Plate to create a complete wall outlet.
• Cable Type: For the best performance, ensure high-quality RG6U coaxial cable is used for the in-wall installation, running from the satellite dish LNB to the location of this module.
• Correct Termination: The coaxial cable behind the wall plate must be correctly stripped and terminated with a male F-type connector to screw onto the back of this module. A poor connection here is a common source of signal problems.
• Distinction from TV Aerial: This is a satellite (F-type) socket. For standard terrestrial TV aerials (like SABC or eTV), you need the Trinity Television Module (TSMTV), which uses a different Belling-Lee connector. They are not interchangeable.
• Installation Sequence: Terminate the in-wall cable with an F-connector. Screw this onto the back of the module. Then, press the module firmly into the desired aperture in the yoke until it clicks securely into place.
