Hybrid compression spring 2G (CNT2HBG)

The Hybrid Compression Spring 2 combines a compression spring and a ratchet tensioner in one. The compression spring maintains the tension of the fence wire and the ratchet tensioner can be used to increase the tension as needed over time.
